阿里山茶區位於台灣嘉義縣，海拔1300公尺到1700公尺左右，早晚雲霧籠罩，平均日照短，茶樹芽葉苦澀成分降低，進而提高了茶葉的甘味。茶葉多以山泉水灌溉，甘醇美味，具有濃厚的高山冷冽茶味，堪稱是「世界第一等」好茶。
